All students accepted into the Bauer College of Business are eligible to apply for the Bauer College of Business Scholarships, including current undergraduate and graduate students, freshmen, transfer, and international students.
The Bauer College of Business Scholarship program awards close to $3.4 million in scholarships to more than 700 deserving Bauer College of Business students. Bauer College of Business scholarships range from $250-$5000 and are competitively awarded by the Bauer College of Business Scholarship Committee. Some Bauer College of Business Scholarships are based on academic merit, some are based on financial need as determined by the FAFSA and cost of attendance, and some are based on a combination of both. Other criteria may include classification, major, leadership activities, or other criteria. The specific criteria for each scholarship are established by the scholarship donor and the College.
UH business majors only need to complete one Bauer College of Business Scholarship application form to be considered for all the Bauer College of Business Scholarships for which they qualify. The application opens every year on February 1st and the deadline for completing the application is April 1st. The majority of the Bauer College of Business scholarships are awarded in the fall term of each academic year.
