LAW 5239 - Oil and Gas TaxCr. 2. (2-0)
Prerequisite: LAW 5359 , LAW 5459 - Federal Income Tax . Focuses on federal taxation of domestic oil and gas exploration and production operations. Taxation of foreign oil and gas exploration and production operations will also be included in the course, although in summary fashion addressing tax models foreign jurisdictions can adopt and the resulting U.S. tax overlay.
