LAW 5420 - Civil Practice Clinic I

Prerequisite: At least 45 hours completion. Students under close faculty supervision, represent clients with a broad variety of legal problems arising in a civil context. Attendance mandatory for the classroom component necessary to learn skills for effective lawyering.
