BIOL 6324 - Bioinformatics for Biologists

Prerequisite: Graduate standing; BIOL 3306 or consent of instructor. Computer-assisted analyses of molecular data including data retrieval, database usage, sequence alignment, gene identification, phylogenetics, genomics, and proteomics. Individually designed research projects uses bioinformatic methods.
