PETR 5304 - Core Analysis Evaluation of Petroleum Formations

Lecture Contact Hours: 3    Lab Contact Hours: 0
Prerequisite: PETR 5361  and 5362, or BS in Petroleum Engineering and PETR Graduate Standing, or Consent of Program.

Characterization of formations by geologic and petrographic examination, by analysis of fluid contents of cores, and by a suite of well-logging tests and their combined interpretation.
