COSC 6330 - Computational Surgery: Modeling & Simulation

Prerequisite: Consent of instructor.

Fundamentals using breast/lung cancer disease and endovascular disease. Described at the cellular level with cellular automata/agent based model, at the macroscopic level with chemo taxis, fluid dynamic, soft tissue mechanic and bio-heat transfer. Include interaction with practicing radiologists and surgeons.
