LAW 7322 - WRC: Making and Drafting Contracts Credit Hours: 3.0 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Lab Contact Hours: 0 Prerequisite: N/A.
This course will focus both on drafting skills and on other aspects of how lawyers help their clients to make contracts. This includes how to find out just what the client wants; how to learn the details of his business and the law that will govern the transaction; and the ethics of contract practice. Note: Course may be repeated with permission from the Law Center Office of Admissions.
