Public Policy Laboratory contains three elements: interaction with local leaders within government, non-profit organizations, grassroots initiatives and business; a comparative study of Houston’s public policies in relation to what is found in other major cities; and a lab component where students work in teams to resolve a policy issue for a public stakeholder.
