Prerequisite: SCM 4350  and credit for or concurrent enrollment in SCM 4362  ; good academic standing; and one or more of the following: pre-business major with advisor approval, declared business major, or if required for a declared minor or special program.
Description
Examines how to align supply chain processes to best support market product and service needs with the intent of enhancing market competitiveness. Topics include product development, technology management, corporate valuation, product and process matrix, sustainability, global logistics strategy and others.
