CNST 4335 - Capital Projects Development

Credit Hours: 3.0 (Lecture Contact Hours:3; Lab Contact Hours:0)
Prerequisite: CNST 3210 , CNST 3331  and CNST 3365 .

Capstone course to develop a formal proposal for an industrial construction project. The American Institute of Constructors (AIC) Level 1 Associate Constructors (AC) exam is required. Students are responsible for the AIC exam fees.
