Department Overview

The construction management program offers both an undergraduate and graduate degree in the field of Construction Management. The program provides graduates with knowledge and skills necessary to join the construction industry. Such knowledge and skills include construction methods, structural systems, contract administration, specifications, planning, estimating, scheduling, and evaluating project performance. Career Opportunities

The ever-growing construction industry has created a huge demand for dynamic individuals who can integrate construction science, engineering and business. The high demand is manifested in the starting salary of many of our graduates ($50,000 - $60,000) and the potential of earning $120,000 - $150,000 in 10 years.
