Intellectual Property & Information Law, LLM

The UH Law Center is the first public university in the United States to offer an LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Law.  The IPIL Institute, the third-oldest program of its kind in the nation, administers the LLM program, and regularly ranks among the top ten IPIL programs nationally. It offers opportunities for students to study, research, and write on a range of topics including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret subjects, and data protection, computer law, licensing, privacy, and other information law disciplines.
