The GEDS certificate requires the completion of 9 units delivered through five hybrid courses along with an additional 15 hours of coursework completed online. All students must take the “Foundations” course (3 units), as well as four electives (1.5 units each) offered in a variety of disciplines (see below). Classes will meet for six weeks on a Friday/Saturday schedule, 8-5pm. In order to receive the certification, students must pass each course with a grade of B- or above.
