Training and Development Minor

Students who select this minor must satisfy the general university requirements for a minor as well as the specific minor requirements below.

The GPA for minors in the College of Technology will be calculated based upon all the grades earned in all courses attempted or completed for the minor as defined by the minor requirements listed in the undergraduate catalog. Prerequisites are strictly enforced for all minor courses and may not be listed in the required hours.

TELS 3345 - Human Resources in Technology Credit Hours: 3.0
HRD 3340 - Introduction to Training and Development Credit Hours: 3.0
HRD 4351 - Instructional Strategies and Design for Human Resource Development Credit Hours: 3.0

Six semester hours to be selected from the following:

TELS 3346 - Wage and Salary Administration Credit Hours: 3.0
HRD 4344 - Designing E-Learning Applications Credit Hours: 3.0
HRD 4346 - Needs Assessment in Human Resource Development Credit Hours: 3.0
