Enrollment		For enrollment periods by classification, please visit the Enrollment Schedule on line. Student-specific enrollment appointment will be posted to myUH when the course schedule is made available.
Financial Aid Applications		Information is available from the Costs and Financial Aid area of the UH website.
Payment and Refund Deadlines		Timing is critical to University payment and refund processes. Please review the information on line at: Student Business Services.
Graduation Application Deadlines		Regular Filing Period Monday, November 6, 2017 - Friday February 23, 2018 Must apply for graduation via myUH account. Late Filing Period Saturday, February 24, 2018 - Friday, March 23, 2018. Must apply for graduation via myUH account.
Thesis/Dissertation Deadlines		Monday, May 14, 2018 Deadline for completed submission and final approval of thesis or dissertation.
NOTE: College Commencements		Please see the current UH Commencement information. These events are ceremonies hosted separately by each College (or Department) and usually occur at the conclusion of the Fall and Spring terms. Dates for the commencement events vary by College. January 2018	15	Monday Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
	16	Tuesday First day of classes.
	22	Monday Last day to add a class.
	23	Tuesday ORD - Official Reporting Day Last day to drop a course or withdraw without receiving a grade. Last day to drop a course without hours counting towards the 99-Hour Doctoral Cap . NOTE: Tuition is higher for hours in excess of the cap.

February 2018	19	Monday Last day to drop a course or withdraw with a ‘W’.

March 2018	9	Friday Last day of classes.
	10	Saturday Final examination period. See: Current Final Exam Schedule
	10	Saturday Official closing of the session.
	12	Monday Deadline for faculty to post Final Grades in myUH.
