About the Technology Division

General Information

The College of Technology has provided an applications-based undergraduate education covering a broad spectrum of disciplines for over 75 years and continues these academic pursuits at the graduate level of study.

The master’s degrees offered by the Technology Division provide graduates with an advanced education that is directed toward career opportunities on two distinct paths: One path involves cutting-edge research and the application of state-of-the-art technology to the needs of business, industry and academia. The other path prepares organizational and development personnel for careers in business and industry.

The Department of Construction Management  (CM) offers the following master’s degrees: Master of Science (M.S.) in Construction Management , Master of Science (M.S.) in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology  , and Master of Science (M.S.) in Technology Project Management . Accelerated B.S./M.S. plans and online M.S. programs through UH Extend are available for all three programs.
 
The Department of Engineering Technology   (ET), offers a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Technology  with specializations in Biotechnology, Computational Health Informatics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Network Communications. Accelerated B.S./M.S. plans and online M.S. programs through UH Extend are available for all four programs. 

The Department of Information Science Technology  (IST) offers a Master of Science (M.S.) in Cybersecurity   and an accelerated B.S./M.S. Degree Program in Computer Information Systems/Information Systems Cybersecurity and an online M.S. program through UH extend.   

The Department of Human Development and Consumer Sciences  (HDCS) offers the following graduate programs: Master of Science (M.S.) in Foresight , Master of Science (M.S.) in Global Retailing , Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Development , Executive Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Development, Graduate Certificate in Strategic Foresight , and accelerated B.S./M.S. plans and an online M.S. programs through UH Extend.
