STAT 7371 - Mathematical Programming

Cr. 3. (3-0)
Prerequisite: graduate standing and STAT 7370  or approval of chair. Introduction to deterministic models in operations research. Linear, nonlinear, and dynamic programming; network analysis, Kuhn-Tucker conditions, and optimum-seeking methods. Emphasis will be placed on modeling and applications.
