ECON 7351 - Development Economics: Microeconomic IssuesCr. 3. (3-0) Prerequisite: ECON 6342 or consent of instructor. Examines the micro foundations of economic development, including education, health, the family, land, credit, risk and institutions. Teaches econometric tools that have been used by researchers to identify causal relationships, including panel data, instrumental variables, randomized experiments and natural experiments.
