Prerequisite: Graduate standing or consent of instructor. Planning and scheduling techniques, including: bar charts, CPM network, resource loading and leveling, cost and schedule integration, time-cost tradeoff, schedule reduction, probabilistic scheduling, PERT and Monte-Carlo simulation.
