CHEM 6332 - Inorganic Material Analysis

Prerequisite: consent of instructor. Crystal structure, x-ray, electron, and neutron diffraction techniques, electron microbeam imaging and analytical techniques, and other instrumental methods of chemical analysis. Theory, routine use of equipment and applications of each technique.
