DAN 3103 - Junior Seminar in Somatics

Prerequisite: Two semesters of DAN 1103.

Corequisite: Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment required in a two or three credit hour modern and/or ballet technique class.

Each semester, students will learn through practical experience, a new somatic technique. Topics will include but are not limited to: Pilates, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, and Gyrotonics.
