BIOE 6352 - Advanced Systems Biology & Multiscale Modeling of Disease

Prerequisite: Graduate Standing or consent of instructor.

An overview and experience with advanced concepts in quantitative systems biology and multiscale modeling of biochemical systems relevant to the study of the molecular to cellular mechanisms of disease. Integrate mathematical and engineering concepts with principals from biochemistry, cellular, and molecular biology.
