ELET 2305 - Semiconductor Devices and Circuits

Credit Hours: 3.0 (Lecture Contact Hours:3; Lab Contact Hours:0)
Prerequisite: ELET 1401  or ELET 2307  and credit for or concurrent enrollment in PHYS 1302 .

Corequisite: ELET 2105 .

Solidstate devices and circuits, including single stage and multistage amplifiers, frequency response, and semiconductor circuit applications.
