Prerequisite: MATH 1310  and either BIOL 1334 , or BIOL 1344 , and CHEM 1301  or CHEM 1331 .

Principles of human nutrition, with emphasis on the nutrient composition of foods, nutrient absorption, and metabolic and physiological processes. Evaluate nutrition claims.
