Accelerated BS/MS Plan - Mechanical Engineering Technology

Eligible students must meet the following requirements:

Currently enrolled in Technology Division B.S. Mechanical Engineering Technology
Junior standing and completion of 30 credit hours of Technology Division coursework
Minimum 3.0 GPA over all course work
Minimum 3.25 GPA over all Technology Division course work
Approval from the undergraduate Program Coordinator
Approval from the graduate Program Coordinator for Mechanical Engineering Technology

Students may choose up to 6 hours to apply to both the undergraduate and potential graduate degrees from the approved list:

MECT 6322 - Computer Aided Engineering I Credit Hours: 3.00
MECT 6323 - Applied Heat Transfer Credit Hours: 3.00
MECT 6345 - Materials Selection for Energy Sources Credit Hours: 3.00
Students enrolled in the accelerated program must complete the graduate application process to be considered for admission to graduate school.
